I’m confident you will love your purchase from Flowerdog+Co but if not you can return an item in its original condition within 30 days for exchange or a full refund.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you would like to return something please email first and we can discuss the best process to go about returning the goods and processing the refund (if applicable).

We do our very best to photograph the products accurately, however please be aware that colours may vary slightly on different computer screens.

Please also be aware that the fabrics within our handmade kits and bundles are individually selected and will vary slightly. We use many vintage and reclaimed fabrics, and by their nature they may well show wear, fading and/or minor damage. This is what gives your project its unique character, while not affecting the fabrics suitability for use in your project.

Digital and download items aren’t eligible for returns or cancellations.

However I want you to love your design, and I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you have any queries or issues with your order, please contact me and I will do my utmost to resolve things.
