All embroidery patterns, designs, and digital files sold on this website are for **personal use only**. You’re welcome to make gifts and projects for yourself or loved ones — but you may not copy, sell, share, or distribute our designs or content in any format without prior permission.

All content on this website, including patterns, photographs, instructions, and our original technique Hoop Collage™, is the intellectual property of Lisa Machin and used exclusively through Flowerdog & Co.

 

Hoop Collage™ is a trademark of Lisa Machin and refers to our signature technique combining fabric collage with in-the-hoop machine embroidery.

 

We love that our work inspires others, but please don’t reproduce it commercially or use the technique name in your own products without permission.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds on PDF patterns or embroidery files unless there is a technical issue. If you encounter a problem, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

We pack every order with care. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for details on delivery times, returns, and damaged items.

When you join one of our Facebook groups or sew-alongs, we ask that you treat others with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the community or violates these guidelines.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are in GBP.
