Throughout February, quilt designers around the world are creating quilt blocks on the theme of makers.
My block for Quilt Block Mania is an applique pincushion. The pattern includes stitch files to applique the pincushion in the hoop AND printable templates for traditional applique.
Four sizes of embroidery files are included: 7″x7″, 6″x6″, 5″x5″ and 4″x4″, plus full size templates for traditional applique.
What’s included?
You’ll get step by step instructions for stitching the applique on your embroidery machine. You’ll also get PDF templates of the applique pieces, plus instructions to add a pieced border to make either version into a 12″ quilt block.
How to get the Pincushion quilt block
- It’s included in the Made with Love quilt pattern – get 9 block patterns for £18 (that’s a massive saving of 50% on the cost of purchasing all 9 blocks separately)
- It’s available to purchase here
Before you go, don’t forget to check out the gorgeous quilt blocks on offer from other designers this month.
