Digital products

Digital products are delivered virtually by downloading from the link you receive in your order confirmation, or via your account . Nothing will be shipped to you by mail.

Files are delivered instantly via email link and accessible in your account after purchase.

Physical products

Flowerdog&Co ships WORLDWIDE and we aim to dispatch parcels within 1 business day. Flowerdog&Co always retain proof of postage and send a confirmation email once parcel has been sent. If Shipping is ever cheaper than what has been charged we will refund the excess.

We use Royal Mail to ship our products.

We ship free throughout the UK. Postage generally takes 3-5 working days for delivery unless we are very busy, in which case it will take longer. Should you require faster delivery or have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us 

International Postage

We now offer international shipping for our overseas customers. If you live outside the UK, we can now send you any of the physical items from our shop. Select international postage at checkout.

We ship overseas orders using Royal Mail’s International Standard service with Tracking
