It’s getting colder and winter is definitely on the way.
But if you’re not ready to say goodbye to autumn just yet, here’s a quick in-the-hoop project to keep those fall colours going a little longer.
This pot holder is made completely in the hoop of your embroidery machine with only a few stitches needed to close the gap where it’s turned through at the end. Perfect for stocking fillers, a hostess gift or extra help in the kitchen when you’re cooking for a crowd!
Use two colours of thread and contrast scraps for the leaves.
I added a pice of Insulbright (heat proof) wadding for heat protection and attached a hanging loop.
Stitches: 12084
You’ll need a hoop that can accommodate a design 178mm x 178mm (7″ x 7″)
Full instructions are included.
Available formats: DST; EXP; HUS; JEF; VP3; VIP; XXX. Need a different format? Message me and I’ll try to help.
