Tip: To get the effect of shading on the rocket, use lighter shades of your chosen colours on the left of the design, and darker on the right.

Add this moon rocket onto bags, hats, jackets, or make it into a patch or coaster.

Optional applique steps

The first two steps will applique a white or pale fabric which will show as the moon surface.

If you’re embroidering onto a fabric that’s already white or pale, you could skip the applique steps and go straight onto the embroidery.
